Susan joined Mugar Enterprises, Inc., in 2002 as Controller and was promoted to Vice President in 2006. Susan has extensive experience in all areas of finance, including accounting operations, financial reporting and analysis, treasury, tax compliance and tax planning strategies, and administration.

Susan directs, manages, and develops an accounting and tax team to support all Mugar-related entities and investments. In addition, she is responsible for establishing and implementing all accounting policies and procedures and maintaining internal controls in a multi-entity environment. Most recently, Susan is directing a complex family estate settlement, including asset valuations, IRS reporting, tax strategies, and audit preparation.

Susan began her career in public accounting working at Laventhol & Horwath, CPAs, in Boston. Her industry experience includes professional services, real estate, non-profits, high-tech R & D, and leasing and manufacturing. Before joining MEI, Susan also worked in various financial management positions at Arthur D. Little, Inc., a global consulting practice, and Cone, Inc., a strategic marketing and communications agency.

Susan holds a BBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. Susan lives in Canton, Massachusetts, with her husband, Guenter.

Robert H. Reibstein has served as Vice President of Real Estate at Mugar Enterprises, Inc., since 2005. He is responsible for overseeing the performance of a diversified real estate investment portfolio, including retail, commercial, industrial, residential and parking garage properties. Bob has added parking garages to MEI’s portfolio, created an in-house management company, and has grown MEI into the largest private parking garage owner and operator in Portland, Maine. He has also led MEI’s entrance into the development of a life-science research park portfolio. Additionally, he continues to work on current MEI development projects.

Bob earned an MBA with a concentration in finance at Boston University School of Management and a BA in economics from Boston University.

Bob has over 20 years of varied real estate experience. He began his career in acquisitions of investment-grade real estate for both public syndicators and private investors. In addition, he spent 13 years running a consulting practice with clients that included John Hancock, New England Life and Holiday Fenoglio Fowler, focusing on commercial mortgage portfolio management.

Bob lives in Newton, Massachusetts, with his wife, Lisa, and has two children.

Tracy Lussier was named company President in January 2021 after a career with Mugar Enterprises that started in 1996. Her responsibilities include Family Office administration, oversight of family investments, estate and strategic planning, investor relations, financial reporting, and directing operating businesses in the MEI portfolio, including holdings in the United States Virgin Islands (USVI). Tracy served as Vice President of Business and Administration prior to her promotion. In that role Tracy oversaw operating businesses as well as managed Family Office operations, personal family services, reporting, and special projects.

Tracy earned her MBA at Boston University School of Management in 1990, a BS in Journalism in 1989, and a BA in English in 1988, from Boston University.

Tracy began her career in the business office of WHDH-TV, the NBC affiliate in Boston owned by New England Television Corporation headed by David Mugar. She subsequently worked at the CBS affiliate WBZ-TV and Radio in business technology prior to joining Mugar Enterprises.

Tracy lives in Groveland, Massachusetts with her husband, Richard, and has two sons.

Dave Ting has been with Mugar Enterprises since its inception in 1992. He served as President from 2000 through 2020, stepping back from daily operations in January 2021 to serve as company Vice Chairman. Dave provides the company with valuable macroeconomic market analysis, investment and strategic planning.

Dave is a Trustee Emeritus at the WGBH Education Foundation and former Chairman of the Finance Committee. He is a Trustee Emeritus at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and served as the Chairman of the Finance Committee. Dave is also actively involved in a number of private companies including investments: Rhode Island Waterfront Enterprises, Boston Opera House, and St. Croix Renaissance.

Dave began his career at Arthur Young in New York City. He also held positions with Ford Motor Company, Washington Post Company, and New England Television Corporation.

Dave holds an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He and his wife Alice live in Seattle.

Jon Mugar is Founder/CEO of The Basketball Tournament (TBT) to be televised on FOX and The Soccer Tournament (TST) to be televised on ESPN. TBT features a $1,000,000, winner-take-all prize. The Soccer Tournament (TST) features both a $1,000,000 winner-take-all prize for men and a $1,000,000, winner-take-all prize for women. Prior to creating TBT & TST, Mr. Mugar served as a producer and writer for the show Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!

Mr. Mugar received a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1998 and a Master of Arts in Education in 1999, both from Tufts University, where he was a 4-year member of the varsity baseball and basketball teams. He lives outside of Boston with his wife and two children.
